ELANIS, INC. provides the following services to their clients:

*Development guidance and merchandising input on materials, color, stitch development

*Technical support including specifications, construction detail, fitting assistance including detailed review of any and all instructions from client before presentation to factory

*Raw materials sourcing and development

*Full production services from purchase order to FOB delivery of finished goods

*Full FOB packages which include any commissions and/or agenting fees that may apply

ELANIS, INC. works within a time frame for development and production, based on delivery of raw materials and findings, as follows:

1. Proto samples within 2-3 weeks (depending on stitch, gauge and how labor intensive a sweater may be and yarn availability)

2. Sales samples within 4 weeks from approval of final proto fitting and yarn approval

3. Production fitting sample within 2 weeks receipt of purchase order

4. Preproduction final sample in production yarn with production findings within 2 weeks of receipt of production yarn and findings

5. Ship sample for approval of release of the goods for shipment, ten days before ship date

Production lead times, from receipt of production raw materials and findings, are 6 to 8 weeks.

ELANIS, INC. works with factories in China with whom they have long standing relationships and experience.  These factories knit for the better and contemporary markets.  ELANIS, INC. has narrowed their matrix to three primary factories, concentrating on performance and quality.

ELANIS, INC., to accommodate their clients’ financial needs, works on a wire transfer program as follows:

a. 50% deposit on placement of purchase order

b. 50% on approval of ship sample

ELANIS, INC. works on a full FOB cost which includes all fees and commissions that may be payable.  There are no separate commission expenses or agenting expenses.

Expenses are as follows:

- Proto samples are billed at 2 x FOB price

- Sales samples are billed at 2 x FOB price

- There is no charge for first production fitting samples where production order has been placed

- There is no charge for second production fitting samples where production order has been placed

- The charge for third production fitting samples and any subsequent samples where production is 1.5 x FOB price

- Sample freight charges are billed to client courier account
